Book Review: Waking Up in 5D: A Practical Guide to Multidimensional Transformation
By Maureen J. St. Germain

This book is a self-transformation book on navigating the shifting relationship we are having with our reality and it’s intensified polarization. The book gives some guidance and thoughts on what we might be going through and how to think differently about what is happening.
This is the first book I have read by Maureen J. St. Germain and it took me a bit to get to the title, which I picked up in June. I liked the title and was drawn to finally read it when my own work was experiencing some major fluctuations. A lot of what she talks about in this book is about the changes of energy we are experiencing and how to think navigate it.
The book includes some charts and is easy to read quickly, but much of the material, if you aren’t familiar with it, might require you to go back and read it again.
She offers an elevated level of protection and connection along with pictures and step-by-step instructions. It is a bit complicated if you aren’t familiar with the Merkaba already or energy healing work. But if you are looking for more advanced material on the subject, this might be the book for you.
I have recommended this book to a couple of clients. Both of which has studied many different energy modalities, one felt like it was the right timing and another felt like some of the analogies were difficult to relate back to the material.
Either way, I think this information is relevant at this time and for those of you looking to elevate your understanding of what might be happening with our shifting energies, this is one theory worth reading, but only if you are ready to open your mind up to the idea that we are multidimensional beings.
