Why I Created Energy on Purpose

I’ve always been a high achiever. From a young age, I knew how to get things done, check off the boxes, and follow the “right” path. I jumped into adulthood quickly, building a life that looked successful on the outside. Career, responsibilities, and goals were met but no one saw the toll it was taking on me. I was an unhealed empath, absorbing all of the energy around me without knowing how to discern what is mine and what wasn’t or how to get balanced.

By the time I was 29, my energy had completely crashed. I was exhausted, disconnected, and wondering how much longer I could keep going at that pace. I realized that doing all the “right” things meant nothing if I didn’t know how to take care of my own energy.

That was the turning point. Once I discovered how to understand, manage, and align my own energy, everything shifted! I felt lighter, clearer, more connected to myself — and my life started flowing in ways I never thought possible. As I practiced these tools, people around me noticed. They wanted to know how I was doing it, so I began teaching others.

Over the years, it’s been one of the greatest joys of my life to watch people reclaim their energy, feel empowered in their choices, and create lives that truly feel like theirs. The transformations I’ve witnessed are nothing short of inspiring.

That’s why I created the Energy on Purpose Membership, to make this work more accessible, structured, and supportive for anyone who’s ready to live with intention and vitality. I want to make it easy for you to learn the tools, shift your energy, and experience the same freedom and empowerment I found. I also love using the energy forecast to see what is happening in the bigger picture to figure out exactly what we need to focus on in these ever-changing times.

When your energy is aligned, your whole life expands!

I have been helping people clear their energy and find themselves again since 2007. If you want to know more about how I got started, read this blog.
