Healing Studio Founder, Intuitive Wellbeing Coach, and Energy Healing Practitioner. My goal is to help people who are open-minded align themselves to their highest potential – to intuitively turn struggles into new learning and growth opportunities.

As a 5-element acupuncturist and a practicing massage therapist, I am passionate and motivated to help people on their journey of achieving physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth.

Life’s challenges have a way of knocking us off our path, through treatment we can handle adversity with more ease and operate from a grounded place. The ancient Chinese recognized that we have a very intimate relationship with the elements of nature. The natural world has a way of always finding a dynamic balance. The more we separate ourselves from nature as a whole and our personal nature, the more the elements within us become out of balance. When this happens, ailments present themselves in many ways.

5 Elements acupuncture seeks to fine tune the complex instrument that we are so that the elements support each other, and we are thereby in alignment with nature.

Kate Hayes

Kate is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping adolescents, adults, and couples work through trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and times of crisis. Her therapeutic style is client-centered and she draws from several therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. Kate provide a safe and accepting environment for you to explore and confront the challenges you face without judgment.

Kate is an expert in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships issues, life challenges, and post-partum. Other specialties include: Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, talk therapy, test-taking anxiety, and sports performance

Crystal George

Crystal has been an open channel to animals her entire life. She always knew she had the senses to see spirits, communicate with animals, and psychic abilities. These gifts weren’t fully expressed and opened up until later in life.

What helped her honor her gifts more fully, was a horse she heard so very clearly, asked her to be let out to roll. There was no denying what she heard then, as no one else was around and the horse was staring at her so intently to be let out. It was then, she knew she could no longer hide her gifts. The journey of her psychic abilities and desire to hone in on her gifts, grew from there.

Crystal George is an Animal Communicator, Reiki Master, Certified Advanced Energy Awareness Practitioner, Certified Oracle Card Reader, and Intuitive Healer. She offers in person and virtual animal communication sessions and intuitive readings for people and animals.

Kiley Edwards

Kiley is a Reiki and sound healing practitioner with over four years of experience supporting individuals on their healing journeys.

Through individual Reiki sessions and group healing experiences that incorporate a variety of instruments and guided meditation, she creates sacred, calming spaces for deep rest and energetic renewal. Her work is guided by a heartfelt passion for holistic healing and the belief that true balance arises when mind, body, and spirit are gently brought back into harmony.

Her journey began many years ago when she experienced a Reiki session for herself, and was hooked, knowing she had some important work to explore. Kiley became certified as a Reiki Master in 2022 and immediately began practicing anytime she could. Combining Reiki with the magic of singing bowls, always drawn to the harmonizing sound and vibrations they make, Kiley found her true path as a healer. She bought her first bowl while traveling abroad in Italy, and has been collecting ever since. Adding gongs, koshi chimes, Tingsha cymbals, and an ocean drum to her collection.

Kiley offers individual sessions, which begins with her listening to your intentions for healing and scanning your Chakras to determine any energy centers that may be blocked. She uses a combination of Reiki’s healing touch and instruments on and around the body to restore you to perfect harmony. Gentle music, essential oils and crystals may be used to enhance your experience. Each session concludes with an opportunity to discuss or ask questions about what came up during your session.

In addition to individual healing sessions, Kiley offers a Grounding Sound Circle on the first Sunday of each month here at The Healing Studio. Her intention is to bring the community together and provide a sound journey that weaves in guided mediation. The Grounding Sound Circle includes time to reflect and journal with light snacks and nourishing tea.

Kiley also offers her very own Lotus Love Apothecary products for sale on her website to help support your ongoing healing and wellbeing. Try her small batch, organic tinctures such as Milky Oats for nervous system support and anxiety relief. Or, try the popular Elderberry Syrup to help boost your immune system and stay healthy throughout the year. Her Chakra tinctures can provide the support you need if you find yourself blocked in a particular area over time.

Michael Brand

Micheal Brand is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience helping people "Do Better. Feel Better, and Be Better".

Michael's approach is person-centered, trauma-sensitive, and evidenced-based to help you engage and activate your better self. Certified and trained in many different coaching modalities, Michael specializes in coaching humans to be their best self. 

Michael is now bringing his brand of Somatic Coaching to the Healing Studio. Services include Somatic Coaching, Somatic Movement Training, Somatic Body Work, & Facilitated Stretching and Stretch Coaching. These services will help you improve your mind-body connections to achieve dual-body fitness in ways that keep your somatic systems regulated and in-sync with daily living.

Michael will be practicing on Wednesdays @ The Healing Studio and providing services virtually during the week.
