The Limiting Beliefs Coaching Club is where we get curious about what's really steering the ship, so you can start working with your own mind and energy instead of constantly fighting it.
What to expect:
This isn't a course you finish and shelve. Each round moves through online coursework, guided meditations, and weekly live check-ins where we work directly with whatever's actually coming up that week, not just a fixed script. I'll guide you in identifying where your unconscious beliefs are running the show, and together we'll rewire old patterns, build resilience, and replace what's no longer serving you with beliefs that actually move you forward.
We'll focus on:
Recognizing where your limiting beliefs actually came from (a lot of them aren't even yours to begin with)
Learning what triggers unconscious beliefs and how they quietly steer your thinking
Rewiring your energy system so those triggers lose their grip on your decisions
Learning to work with setbacks, and to actually make the most of the easy stretches too
Who should attend:
This club is for anyone ready to stop fighting the same patterns on repeat, whether that shows up at work, in relationships, or in how you talk to yourself. You don't need any background in energy work to belong here. You just need to be ready to look honestly at what's running your life.
