A three-month series: one class a month, two hours each time you show up. By the end, you'll operate from a nervous system that knows how to reset itself and an intuition you trust enough to use.

Month one maps your energy body onto your nervous system, so you have a felt, working sense of where you carry tension and where you're leaking energy. Month two opens the channel itself, working directly with the pineal gland and the sixth chakra until intuition stops being something that shows up by accident and becomes something you can call on. Month three builds the daily rhythm that keeps that channel open once class ends, plus what to do on the days it closes back up.
