A three month series, one class a month, two hours each time you show up. By the end, you're not just aware of your old patterns, you have a working process for catching a program in real time and replacing it with one you actually chose.

Month one names the programs running underneath your conscious beliefs, the ones inherited from your family system and reinforced by nervous system conditioning, and teaches you to catch one by the tightening in your body before it ever becomes a thought.

Month two goes to the root of why insight alone doesn't change your life: havingness, your actual capacity to receive the money, love, or ease you say you want, and where in your body that capacity hits its ceiling.

Month three walks the full deprogramming process step by step, live, on the program you identified in month one, and doesn't stop at removing it. You leave with a new program installed on purpose and a written 30-day plan to keep it running.

Stop white-knuckling your way past old programs and start living from beliefs you picked yourself.
