This Positivity & Relaxation Training was developed by the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine. PART employs mind-body techniques, positive psychology, and resiliency training to promote stress management, physiological relaxation, and adaptive attitudes.

9 Sessions Over 9 Weeks!
This program consists of 9 weekly sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Participants will meet, engage in both group participation and individual practice, discuss their progress and experience, and most importantly - HAVE FUN!!

Cost: $300 for all 9 weeks
All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
Meet The Instructor:
Michael Brand
Michael is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Creator of SOMAxNUMA: Stretch and Movement Training. Michael has a passion for seeing people thrive in any circumstance. Managing the experience of stress and adversity is essential for people to have satisfied and fulfilled lives. Michael created this program to provide people with the tools to manage the psychological, physiological, and neurological experience of stress. Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and holds multiple certifications for teaching and training somatic practices.
