Do you think with your head or your heart? Why not both?

I find it is harder for people to link things the more space there is between them. For example, Power and Love. Can you be powerful in a love relationship or do you believe love makes you "powerless" or should be "powerless"? Or course the answer is "yes" to any of these "can" questions, but the you have to turn it into "I will".

The path to energetic freedom is a path that requires and open mind and all seven chakras. So put yourself out there to have it all! You are opening up in new ways every day. Try an embrace it as wonderful and remove the critical eye.

As I work with people to offer them balance in their chakra centers, I often discover that when one chakra turns on, another shuts down a bit. As I explore further it typically is showing me a thought pattern that is rooted in believing you can't have one without the other.

This is the power of thought over our energy, even if we aren't aware of it, it is happening. The most popular place to get shut down in sequence with another one turning on, is the emotional center, the second chakra.  Either people don't feel powerful if they are emotional, or they can't think with their emotions, they can only think with their logical brain.

But consider for a moment that all of your energy centers have wisdom. Everything you feel has value for you to embrace as your own.  Your emotions tell you something is fun, unpleasant, good for you or bad for you. Sometimes they also tell you if you are taking on energy that isn’t yours. Your logical side helps you reason things out, see different scenarios, think things through. These can be done together.

Think of it like buying a house. You will collect data from a variety of different sources and then draw some conclusions based on the biggest picture and make the right choice for you. You aren't going to just buy a house because it looks like a logical thing to do, or because it looks safe, or because it feels fun. You are going to do it because of a combination of all of those things.

Tap into yourself! Let your wisdom run deep and wide. Notice which parts of yourself you labeling as "bad" or "useless". Does it make sense that you are labeling it that way? What are you telling yourself is the reason for doing so? Look into those reasons. Can you play devils advocate and debunk them?

Try and see if you can open yourself up to a different perspective. Go through the energy centers this way and see if you can have them both at the same time, fully and completely, or does one get sacrificed for the other? Can you have full (look at "," as an "or" statement and review each one individually):
