This weekly reset will give you an opportunity to reset your somatic systems for midweek relaxation; refocus your energy for performance and manage stress to conquer the rest of the week; and retune any negative thoughts and emotions that are preventing you from feeling and doing your best work.
This mind-body workout features a mix of low intensity movements, breath exercises, stress management and resiliency training techniques, performance coaching, and mindfulness practices to reset all of your body systems to allow you to engage the rest of the week with your best self

Michael is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Creator of SOMAxNUMA: Stretch and Movement Training. Michael has a passion for seeing people thrive in any circumstance. Managing the experience of stress and adversity is essential for people to have satisfied and fulfilled lives. Michael created this program to provide people with the tools to manage the psychological, physiological, and neurological experience of stress. Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and holds multiple certifications for teaching and training somatic practices.
