SomaxNuma is an immersive dual-body fitness experience that utilizes somatic techniques combined with light stretching and movement to strengthen the connections between body, mind, and emotion. This program is light in intensity and heavy on results for achieving dual-body wellness.
These somatic stretch and movement classes are low intensity and non-invasive, allowing for participation at any experience level. Classes combine self-stretching exercises and somatics to exercise and relax the systems of the body.

Michael Brand
Michael is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Creator of SOMAxNUMA: Somatic Stretch and Movement Training. Michael has a passion for seeing people thrive in any circumstance. Managing the experience of stress and adversity is essential for people to have satisfied and fulfilled lives. Michael created this program to provide people with the tools to manage the psychological, physiological, and neurological experience of stress. Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and holds multiple certifications for teaching and training somatic practices.
