When I started the first class I did not know what to expect. I had a lot of questions about myself and my path through life. What I have learned has started to bring me out of my shell and helped me feel safer in social situations. I have learned tools to use to learn from situations and interactions. Learning to connect to a source of guidance has helped in solving and understanding problems. I have met a group of individuals who are seekers like me and who provide support for one another and me.

Energy Awareness classes have challenged me to work within a new paradigm which supports me in feeling more motivated, clear and hopeful. I have learned to listen to and trust my intuition.
