Regulate yourself with somatic care and give yourself the boost or breather you need to make it through the week.

UP @ 12pm-12:45pm

Busy week and need to perform? This class features low-intensity stretching, active movement, and somatic positivity exercises to positively charge your systems to take on the rest of the week with confidence and clarity. This class will move your body to eliminate stress and tension, cultivate positive attitudes and mindsets, and keep you in performance mode for the rest of the week.


DOWN @ 5pm-5:45pm

Stressful Week already and need a mid-week breather? This class features low-intensity stretching, grounding movements, and somatic regulation exercises to relax your systems to take on the rest of the week. This class will move your body in a way that helps eliminate stress and tension, create resiliency mindsets, and keep you going through challenging times.

All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary.

Meet The Instructor:

Michael Brand

Michael Brand is a Somatic Body Coach and NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach. Using skills and techniques from both experiences, Michael will coach you through two distinct workouts that will teach you how to positively up-or-down-regulate your nervous system to match the energy of your week.

Michael is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Creator of SOMAxNUMA: Stretch and Movement Training. Michael has a passion for seeing people thrive in any circumstance. Managing the experience of stress and adversity is essential for people to have satisfied and fulfilled lives. He has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and holds multiple certifications for teaching and training somatic practices.
