Lesson 5: Protection Bubble 

Seal in Your Energy so it Easily Moves With You Throughout Your Day.

A thin layer of intentional color and light can make a huge difference in your ability to maintain the protections you have put in place. This thin layer of light, that goes around your golden healing streams, creates a bubble to hold in your energy and give your vibration a container. It helps organize your energy so you can interact with your reality more effectively.

How to Get Your Energy into Your Protective Bubble

Connecting with the energy field just outside your auric bubble, allows you to set up the frequencies you want to sit in, both inside your field and what you project.

1. Start with the awareness of the field around you that is arm’s length in all directions - below your feet, behind you, above your head, to the left, and to the right.

2. Expand to an awareness that there is a thin layer of light and color, covering this golden ball of energy.

3. Begin to put intention on the colors and textures you would like to feel inside your field. In your imagination, embellish your energy field with what would feel good to be surrounded by.

4. Then turn your attention to the colors and textures you would like to feel outside of your field. What you would like the world to feel coming off of your protected energy. Again, spend some time letting your imagination go with this.

Pay attention to how your body feels as you sit in your protective fields. You might experience feelings of being apart from the world around you, a little more quiet, and calm.

Other Ways to Get Protected:

• Assign a Piece of Jewelry or Carry a Pocket Rock: Pick a piece to carry with you, intentionally assigning the role of protection.

• Say “No” When You Mean It: “No” is a complete sentence. If you don’t set boundaries on your own behalf your energy field will get displaced and your protections will naturally lower.

The Magic of Being Protected

Using your attention to set intentional boundaries around your non-physical field allows you to claim your unique energy in the world. It also has the added benefit of raising the frequency for all of your interactions and invites people in your life to stand in their own power.
