IN THIS LESSON

When someone sends negative energy your way, it impacts your aura.

You are a dynamic, energetic being. When you interact with other people, your energy changes. But when someone sends you negativity, rips and tears in your aura can happen. We call this threat a whack. When someone whacks you, they blasted you with psychic negativity.

Understanding a Whack

As you have learned, your aura is the energetic field surrounding your body. It reflects your emotions, thoughts, physical health, and spiritual state. When you interact with negative thoughts, feelings, or energy of another you can cause damage to your field.

Focused Negativity

Someone's anger, jealousy, or criticism directed at you can pierce your aura, leaving energetic holes or imbalances. Typically masculine energy has a single, large impact on your field, and feminine energy creates many, smaller holes.

This negativity can come from a range of sources. From someone being mad at you in a single instance, such as road rage, or a conflict over time with a loved one. When someone is thinking negatively, directly at you, it will cause a whack.

Signs You’ve Been Whacked

  • Feeling Drained: Unexplained fatigue or a sudden desire to be alone could indicate your aura is depleted.

  • Mood Swings: Irritability, anxiety, or sudden sadness could be a sign of energetic imbalance.

  • Physical Discomfort: Headaches, tightness in the chest, or digestive issues sometimes manifest from energetic disturbances.

  • Repeating Thoughts of a Specific Circumstance: If someone or a situation keeps coming up in your mind or conversations, you might have a whack that is trying to process its way out.

You Might be the Whacker

Anxiety and defensiveness can lead to whacking others. When you whack someone, it costs you energy as well. There are consequences to your well-being when you whack someone.

You have the power to manage your energy and create a vibrant, protected aura. This lesson’s guided practice is helping you release your anxiety and defensiveness. Learning more about the threats allows you to directly address them and move on from them.
