Are those mine or yours? - Contagious Emotions

Emotions seem to be the easiest thing to share amongst friends; it's almost like a virus. One person feels happy and passes on to the next and the next and so on. That is ideal... but not always how it goes.

More often one person in line is angry and yelling at the cashier which puts you in a "what is wrong with people?" mood which leads you to go home and yell at your kids, which makes them mad at the each other and so on. Emotions are contagious and the sooner we learn to recognize the difference between our emotions and the people we are with, the easier time we will have in knowing ourselves.

Empathy as a survival skill

Empathy is defined by dictionary.comas "the intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts, or attitudes of another." If you are experiencing the feelings, thoughts or attitudes of another, how do you know you are acting in your own best interest and not the person you are empathizing with? If you are identifying with someone else's emotions and making decisions based on those emotions, they may not be right for you.

Empathy can be a survival skill. When we are born we can't talk yet and don't know much about the reality we have just arrived in. With this skill of empathy, we can read each others thoughts and emotions and make decisions on how we will engage with the environment.

"What am I really feeling?"

Things go off track when we don't know where our thoughts and feelings start and the other person's begin. We are always picking up on each other's energy in subtle ways. We feel each others state of mind and often change our behavior and feelings about the situation accordingly.

If you can begin to acknowledge when this sharing of energy is happening, you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and start setting new intentions. By paying attention to your ability to pick up on other people's thoughts and emotions, you begin to see when you are letting someone else's negativity win.

By becoming aware of how easily you change course based on what another person is doing or feeling you will be able to stop being a victim of others and empower yourself to dictate your mood and actions.

What mood are you bringing to the room?

It is also helpful to observe those around you, especially children, as they pick up on your moods. Watch for that moment from when they switch over to what they were feeling independently to what they are feeling when they notice you.  Then ask yourself, is this how I want others to feel around me?

You have more power than you think. If you walk into a room defensive and uptight, that is how the room will respond. This isn't to control how everyone else is feeling, but just to set an intention within yourself of the influence you want to be in the world.

Stay on the Train of Intention

pirates

I love my job! The conversations I have with the unseen helpers in our lives, always excites me. I am motivated by inspirations, intentions to help and the improvements I see in others. I am not motivated by the concept of more, torturing myself to perform unattainable goals, but ushering myself into doing even more of what I love. How are you motivating yourself to get to your next level? How are you monitoring your progress on that goal? Here is a fun way to think of setting intentions that doesn't require struggle and stress.

Think of your desire for an outcome to be like that purchase of a train ticket to that outcome. For example, you want to find a job. You buy this ticket and get on the train of that intention. You trust that as you sit down on this train you are getting to your desired outcome. This doesn't mean you do nothing while on this train. But what it does mean is you have to stay on the train. Don't look out the window to see if you are on the right track, look out the window knowing you are and you are enjoying the journey. Don't stop the train and try to go somewhere else midway because you aren't sure you will get there, keep steady on your intention.  Know that you are on the right track if you are remaining loving, positive and in alignment with yourself and your intentions.

You might want to respond "Well when you buy a train ticket you know where you are going and that you will for sure get there. How do I know I will get there? Every time I look for a sign that I am getting there, I don't see it."

Here is the response, "You can't buy a train ticket from California to Kansas and expect to see Kansas every time you look out the window at the track. The landscape changes frequently as you travel to your intended destination."

We put out our intentions for things to happen, not realizing several landscape changes have to happen first to let that change take place. We get fearful as the changes happen, we doubt, we fret and we get impatient. All of this gets in the way of us allowing things to happen and flow in as we have requested.

Insightful Inspiration

What track of intention are you on? Are you watching the landscape change and allowing it to morph into the intention you have already set or are you trying to control it by trying to see too far ahead? If you have set an intentional destination for yourself get on that train and trust it will take you there. Let yourself notice your own barriers to your travels and gently maneuver around them allowing your life to make room for this intention you have set. A little patience might help here too. :)

Downtime

My internet connection has been down all day, which surprisingly is why I have time to write this blog. (kind of ironic) But the month of May was not a balanced month for yours truly. I traveled to Australia (in too short of time period to adjust either way) and just had too much going on in all areas of my life. I knew I was out of balance, however for some reason I couldn’t seem to slow it down. I kept saying “next week will be better”. Well now it is official, this month of June is better! I am returning to “normal” and bringing myself into alignment again. Why did I let myself get so out of whack, primarily because I was experimenting with time and how much I could pry in, but also working on my ever present lesson of boundaries and saying no. I do learn a lot from my slides out of bounds, so I am grateful when I can return to myself and see the other end for what it really was.  It also reminds me how good it feels to be in balance and encourages me to stay there.

I can’t say I have found downtime yet. I am still working on it, but I now understand why I need it. The idea that our whole energy system can just go, sleep, go, sleep is not how we were built. We were designed to follow a cycle, a more gradual coming online of ourselves and a more gradual return to rest. The bell curve of our energy rather than peaks and valleys, is key.

Without this down time, we don’t have time to collect ourselves up, reflect on what is going on, or listen to our subtle energetic messages within us and around us. It is like being able to see the scenery, it can only be done when you slow down enough. That doesn’t mean you always stop, you may have to go quickly to get to the place you want, but then slow down and enjoy it.

Insightful Inspiration

Time for some scheduled downtime. Give yourself some time to just stop and be. Time to rest, take inventory on how you are feeling and reflect on the gratitude for all you have done (or survived). Downtime can be whatever you want, as long as it slows you down enough that you can pay attention and feel rejuvenated afterward. Give it a shot. As always, I encourage you to share what you do for downtime. It might encourage someone else. Share on my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/insightfulinspirations.

Massage it out

My weak spot in my body is my lower back. It is actually part of what started me on the journey to wake up and pay attention to what is really happening. Anyway, I have a massage therapist that I use that is nothing more than a miracle worker! She just can get right to the issue and get it out for me. My back being out today gave me the motivation to write about how our energy is energy and what our bodies do is what the rest of our energy systems do too. For example, when she gets into a tight spot, the body flinches and protects the spot. It is painful and it doesn't want to feel this pain. At this point in the massage you have two choices, skip the spot or dig in deeper. If you skip it, the problem remains and festers, eventually causing more problems throughout the body. If you dig in deeper, the body resists the pain, but eventually is forced to let go and relax. What a gift to let it go! Now it may be sore and need healing after the release, but it is so much better than hanging on to it.

Now apply this emotions. We avoid the painful ones and stuff them when they come up. Problems come up because of this and it festers and causes more problems. If we just feel the emotions and get it out, it releases and we move on.

Apply this to mental processes. If we avoid things that are difficult or just think about the surface issue over and over, you never get that thought resolved and it takes away the energy to process other things. But if you dig in and figure out why you are mentally processing something, you can resolve it with more clarity.

You get the point, it might be better to focus on things rather than let it hang out and cause problems.

I want to share a video with you of my son. He is reading from my book, Insightful Inspirations, and he is reflecting (on his own, unscripted and unplanned) about his experiences with getting hung up on a blind cord. :(  His advice, stop trying to ignore it. Face it and let it go.

Insightful Inspiration Get a massage! Well, okay that is just a nice to have. Notice where you are feeling pain, tension or struggle and avoiding actually digging in. If these are particularly painful places to go to, get some help! Coaches, counselors, therapists, ministers, ME... we are all here to help you work through the painful places so you can release them. Support, to help you face what you aren't facing and move past it. What a gift. Give it a shot! :)

Guilty Pleasures

I am probably going to have this post pop up with a bunch of porn sites with my title choice... but this is something I have been thinking about for awhile. How come we have pleasures in life that we should feel guilty about? If you ready my blog you know I love to define things first. So here we go... Guilty, according to dictionary.com - having committed an offense, crime, violation, or wrong, especially against moral or penal law; justly subject to a certain accusation or penalty; culpable: The jury found her guilty of murder. Wikipedia describes please as - Pleasure describes the broad class of mental states that humans and other animals experience as positive, enjoyable, or worth seeking.

So in other words, guilty pleasures means an enjoyable mental state that is a crime or wrong.

When I think of guilty pleasures I thinking of chocolate, a drama movie or an extra long nap. To me those are things I am indulging in. Things that maybe make me happy but shouldn't. How is that possible... how could my happiness be wrong? Maybe it is the over indulgence in these pleasures that sends it over into unhappiness that is really wrong. (too much of a good thing) The rest is programming... I should like to eat something healthy, instead I am craving sugar.

Too me in the essence of trusting your own intuition and your own energetic needs, if you crave a guilty pleasure, you should go for it. But I guess I would add a caviat that you were in balance with yourself first. If you are grounded, centered and clear and you still want chocolate... what is the harm? A balanced person probably would have balanced pleasures. Where it is guilty is when we are out of balance with ourselves and desire things that aren't good for us.

So really what we are guilty of is not pleasure but being out of balance.  This sounds more like it! This sounds more reasonable to me. Heck, there is even a Web MD page on being out of balance, that is how common it is.

Insightful Inspiration

Next time you feel a "guilty pleasure" coming on, stop and consider maybe something else it out of balance. Consider giving yourself a break to balance your feelings, mental state and physical body together and then check in with that pleasure. Do you still want it in a balanced state? If yes, but you still feel guilty, you may just be bullying yourself with "have tos

Present moment food

I was outside picking and eating the last of my raspberries for the year. The sweet experience got me thinking about food and weight... (random thoughts by Leanne I know). What I am realizing is the perfection of the fruit and my experience of eating the fruit was very connected. I seek out perfectly ripe raspberries, inspect for any bugs that won't add flavor, and pop it in my mouth an enjoy. The whole thing can be very spiritual if you let it. Connecting with nature, yourself and the moment. Imagine if every time we ate something we had to spend that kind of attention on selecting it before we put it in our math. It would be harder to be overweight, that is for sure. This is what diets are all about, not the kind of food, but just paying ATTENTION to the food. You naturally don't unconsiously overstuff yourself if you have to pay attentionto every calorie and every type of calorie. Granted, most of us find a way to return to the unconsiousness, even when dieting, but my point is, being present with your food, could add a great layer to your experiences.

My youngest son, despite having celiac, LOVES food. He loves the experience of food, he likes trying new things and experiencing food. It is so funny to watch, yet wonderful. He generally gets way more out of his meals than I do!

Insightful Inspiration

Try getting yourself present with your food this week. Spending time seeing it, tasting it, smelling it and just noticing it more. See if you can bring yourself in contact with fresh and vegetables that have short shelf life. Experience the moment of having to choose it and  use it and not just stuff it away to experience it at a later date (hopefully). As always, I would love to hear how it is going. I want to do a better job of this, so I am going to put how it goes for me on my Facebook page. I encourage you to join me!

Trust yourself and you can trust anything

We are finding it hard to trust anything any more. What once seemed certain is no longer and what someone tells us is going on can't be trusted. Gone are the days of being able to trust blindly. You can't look to others for the truth. Is all lost? Are we victims of a society that is gone wrong? Or maybe we are shifting to an age where we no longer look outside of ourselves to find the truth. We are shifting to the only thing we can trust is ourselves. However we don't even trust that! When we are making this shift to having to trust ourselves first we get resentful, angry and blame each other for this shift. We fight it and blame others "damn you, now I have to listen closer to myself next time!"

However, what if you could trust everything outside yourself because you could trust yourself, with 100% certainty, that you are always aligning with your highest good? What if you could see the wisdom of your ways without fear of  mistakes, being taken advantage of, or going down a path you never intended? You can!

When you are in alignment with yourself, listening to your internal wisdom, seeing the beauty of your life from the connected eyes of trusting yourself, you see a world that free. You open up to your experiences because you aren't afraid of them. You experience things to the highest possible level because you trust your judgement of when to stop without second guessing. You engage fully in relationships without fear of misunderstanding another's intentions and getting hurt.

How do I trust myself on this level, you ask? Well, it starts with being willing to try to stop thinking of the concept of self trust is bad! It is the only thing you have, but when you have it, everything else can be trusted too. You have been doing it backwards. Start taking time to tune in and pay attention to your gut.

Insightful Inspiration

Start making a habit to listening to your gut. Start working on the issues that keep you from that trust in yourself. If you aren't trustworthy, why not? If you can't trust you, how can you expect anyone else to and how can you trust anyone else? I am not saying the voices in your head are all correct. But if you start to listen, you can start to tell the difference between what is good guidance and was isn't. This is one of the biggest questions you can ask yourself, can I be trusted? If you can't, time to find out why. Make a change so you can freely live your life without blame of others and without fear of yourself?

The challenges of success

I was listening to  Ted talk by Bill Ford and it got me thinking about the idea of accomplishing what you set out to do. In his talk, he is addressing some of the problems the invention of the car has brought onto the planet. Things are never "done" nothing is ever "perfect" and honestly, sometimes (often) getting what we want creates new problems to address. Bill Ford refers to the need to have "leap thinking" in place for some of the issues around cars. We can't solve some of these issues by just thowing more of the same at it, we have to leap ahead and think of something new. Lets apply this back to your life on a one to one basis. Lets say you set out to get a job. It takes you awhile (given the current conditions) and once you do, you couldn't be happier. Problem solved, right? Wrong, a whole new set of problems arise from having a job. How are you going to schedule in the other things that are needed to be done, how are you going to get your kids where they need to be, where are you going to find the time and money to get the wardrobe you need, etc. The problems created by having the job, could be as many as not. However, you are more willing to deal with those problems because the rewards are there too. It also might be in need of this "leap thinking" that Mr. Ford refers to. You might need to take a whole new approach to how you look at it.

Here is one idea, change the way you think about your challenges. The whole thing is not about solving all of your problems. It is about challenging yourself daily, which happens naturally if you let it, and relishing in the joy of the challenge, not cursing it. It is about taking on the challenges as they come, knowing they are all part of what you wanted to begin with. Going back, it is all part of being able to go where every you want quickly to have issues with roads, traffic, exhaust, etc. Your trade off. What you are always checking in with is, are my trade offs in balance?  (i.e. the world we live in is too sick to sustain us, but we can drive around it) Don't go to sleep about your choices. It is all your choice. You may not think it is, but it is.

If you are succssful, you will have more challenges, this is on purpose. This is part of your growth! Embrace it! When you feel overwhelmed with the challenges you face, come back to it. Trust me it will wait for you and if you address this one, there is always another waiting. Go at these things only when you can with a clear head, a happy heart and an enthusiastic spirit. Otherwise... take a nap and return when you can be there.

Insightful Inspirations of the week

Take this week to reflect on what you perceive to be your latest successes and relate them back to your challenges. See the beauty of them working to bring your balance in your life.  You don't have to know all of the challenges on the other side of accomplishing your goals, in fact there is no way to know until you get there, but the point is, you can go at it, knowing you have the strength and endurance required for the journey. Don't ask "why me?" Use those moments of feeling overwhelmed with challenges, to remind you of your trade offs and where you might want to make adjustments. Have fun!

Why am I surrounded by idiots?

People spend a lot of time in my office asking me "Why do I keep attracting this?!" The interesting part of the law of attraction, etc. is that the more we ask that question, the more opportunities we have to answer it. We attract more and more of the things we find so irritating, until we figure out why it is we find it irritating to begin with. This is a difficult concept for people to get when it comes to the teachings of "the Secret", etc. They want to believe they are a victim of their life, maybe because it is easier than taking full responsibility, maybe because they don't know where to start if they have to think they are in 100% control, or maybe it has something to do with fitting it. What ever the reason people want to reject this idea, is the very reason they Key having these experiences.

Here is an example, one of my clients asks me "Why am I surrounded by idiots? Why is everyone in my world clueless and self absorbed?" This very question is kind of like raising your hand in class. You teacher is going to demonstrate your question, so you get your answer. How do they demonstrate it? Not by giving you the opposite of what you asked, but by giving you a closer look at what you asked, in other words, bringing you more clueless idiots in your life so you can figure out why you are attracting it.

A better question might be simply to ask "Why can't I surround myself with aware, informed people who are capable of thinking beyond themselves?" At lease it is bringing in the subject you truly want. However, it may take a few more idiots to get your attention in order for you to make the shift to attract what you desire.

In other words, the more you ask why you are having a certain experience, the more of those experiences you attract. It is similar said than done, because people ARE their beliefs and it is often hard for them to suddenly see themselves surrounded by a different type of person, when they are so use to be surrounded by what they typically see. That is the other part of the equation I have talked about so much on my blog. That part that says "I want this, but I don't believe I can have it." That part of you that rejects the people you want to attract because you don't believe it can truly exist.

Here is another example. I have a client who has asked for more people who "get" what she is into regarding energy work. Then she attracts those types of people, but she continuously rejects them because she doesn't believe they are truly the ones she has asked for and still must have the "old agenda" even though they say they don't. Her belief system is fighting with her law of attraction. This happens ALL the time. This may sound ridiculous to you, but I bet if you have done any of this law of attraction work and you see yourself not getting what you think you want. It is because you don't 100% believe it can be possessed.

Insightful Inspiration for the week

Use the question "How come this keeps happening to me?" in a different way. Instead of asking from a pity me space, asked if from a classroom space of true curiosity. Ask yourself  that question honestly and opening and see what answers come to you. You will get your answers. Some of them may be answers you don't want to hear, but you have to be willing to hear it. For example maybe you are attracting less intelligent people in your space because you have the desire to feel superior intellectually. You like being the "smartest" and being able to look around and not see anyone comparing to you. You might even like complaining about it. {gasp} :) Never the less, you can make a shift if you want to if you let go of the benefits this thing is secretly providing. Give it a shot!

Separation

Separation is kind of the key to all things that ail us in these human bodies. We are separate from one another in form and mind but not in spirit and reality. Together we create our reality, but we do so from separate minds and experiences. This provides a ripe learning ground for our souls, but a lot of complicated matters for our perceptions. When we perceive ourselves to be separate we believe that we must fight another for the resources that are available. We believe that we better or worse than someone else. We believe that judgement  of someone else is necessary to gauge ourselves. We believe that our actions don't always affect others if they don't know about it or see it. We believe that as separate beings we are alone, most of the time. I once heard someone say "You are born alone and you die alone, get use to it."

We are, however, very connected in all ways. Our energy entangle together in all things. We know this deep down within ourselves. Most of us as humans learn compassion and empathy, which leads us to connecting with other people's experiences of the world. Most of us forget at times that others do not know the world exactly as we know it and forget to explain things from our point of view, thinking everyone should already know it. Most of us feel the need to connect with at least one other person on a regular basis, in order to feel fulfilled. Most of us are capable of seeing that our actions do affect others and make choices accordingly. We never completely forget our connection either.

When we see each other as reflections of ourselves, we can begin to see we are fragmenting what was once whole, to better understand it. When we can see that the illusion of separate is mearly an experiement in better understanding, we still respect the connections we all have. When we are able to connect to the real dilemas of being separate we can appreciate the true gift of connection.

Insightful Inspiration for the week

Contemplate this idea that you are a separate being from everyone else around your. Your ideas, experiences, perceptions are all your own, shared by no one. Then contemplate all the ways you are connected to others and how others have effects on you ideas, choices, actions, etc.  Take notice where your actions, feelings, etc. have an effect on others. Are there any adjustments you want to make to this perception of connected versus separate? Do you want to balance this perception out one way or another a little more or are you happy with your current believes. Weigh the benefits of both and see how that automatically shifts your idea on the subject.

Feel Your Feet

When you listen to recorded meditations you often are told to feel your body. Feel your feet, your legs, etc. This slows down and distracts the mental self. It gives it something to do. It also brings you into awareness of yourself, reminding you of yourself in the separate body, because we are often unconsciously melding with the world.  It helps you bring yourself back to the parts that are you with helps with centering and grounding, two things essential for your energetic health. It is often said in metaphysics, where your attention goes energy flows. So I would suppose the opposite is true, where your attention doesn’t go energy doesn’t flow. What would happen to your body, life, energy if you just shifted this one thing? Started flowing energy to a part of your body that is frequent left out. What would happen if every morning for 1 minute, you focus on bringing energy to place inside of you? Why not experiment and see… I am not going to tell you what to expect, but trust me, even the littlest of changes in your energy awareness can have big effects. Pain in those places does not have to be the only way for it to get attention.

Insightful Inspiration of the week

But my blog for you today is not only to remember to breathe and feel your body throughout the day, but to notice what you don’t notice. Pay attention to the parts of your body you ignore or reject. The parts of you, you really don’t allow your consciousness to. Maybe it is your feet or maybe it is your belly because you don’t like the way it looks. It could be your back because when you think about it, it hurts. Just make a mental note of the part of your body that is most ignored. Then spend one minute a day sending loving energy to that place. Visualizing energy moving around this ignored spot in your body. Then pay attention to any shifts that occur. As always, you are welcome to share your experiences.

Why are you afraid of feeling?

Generally I am pretty open to my happy, optomistic self. But occasionally, like all of us, I get a little down. It is often a place I resist with fearce determination. I try and meditate, take herbs, get accupuncture, etc. to "fix" the "problem. To feel "better". I spend so much time trying to treat the symptoms I don't get down to what is really going on. I am trying to talk to myself about an imbalance I am ready to address. If only I would stop and listen! Why don't I stop and listen knowing what I know about all things? Well, what is there to look at is very painful and scary. I am afraid if I look at it, it will take hold and be the truth of who I am. I don't trust myself to be with this pain and ever get out of it again. So instead of supporting this thing, I try and run from it, which only makes it worse and stronger. So what if I opened up to this and was this way forever? I want to be able to love myself no matter what.  But I have put certain criteria on  myself that make me "lovable" if I don't meet those criteria I am what... not lovable? Of course not! I am still lovable. Sometimes I just have to remind myself that no matter what I am lovable. It is a test of the faith and trust I claim to have. It is me, like a toddler, acting up, just to make sure you still love me, no matter what. So I rise to the challenge and love my darkness just as I love my lightness in order to make room for light within me to shine brighter.

Insightful Inspiration of the week

jackgetingtuckedin4This week, have a good cry without judgement on yourself of how you "should" be feeling. We have put obligations on our emotions. Emotions are not obligated to do anything, they are there to tell us about how we are interacting with the world around us. If we block ourselves off to our emotions or judgement as right or wrong, we are stealing away the power they have to communicate with us. Then these emotions stop working properly and get out of balance. We start feeling sad at times when we aren't sure why. We feel more anger at a situation than is what you truly feel because you have blocked off the last four times you felt anger.

See if you want things to fall back into balance. As you release this emotional valve, try no to judge it. Just let it open up and see what happens next. If there is a lot in there, don't worry, it will stop flowing eventually and swing back the other way. When you start to doubt you should have opened the flood gates, just notice. Where is the fear of these emotions coming from? Did you learn as a kid these kinds of outbursts would get you in trouble? Just notice the fear is there as well. Fear of feeling.   Why are you afraid of feeling?  Just notice. Pay attention, see if you can send love to this part of yourself and let it be what ever it needs to be.

If other's around you freak out by this new openness, just notice that too. That is their havingness for this situation and has nothing to do with the right an wrong of you. Send them compassion, but try and keep it from getting into your space about how you are feeling.

Write me if you want. I always love to hear how it is going.

Chakra Communication - First Chakra and Seventh Chakra

Again, if you aren’t familiar with Chakra’s review the post on first and seventh chakra’s first. There are more on communcation of the chakras in past blogs as well. Grand CanyonThe communication between the seventh and first chakra can be a very powerful one. This is our connection with ourselves as part of a whole. A whole what? A whole universe, consiousness, community, planet, you name it, you are part of more than youself, yet you are alone in your experiences as no one sees it the way you do.

This communication can be a powerful force in helping you understand who you are in a complete and balanced picture. It can give you the strength for follow all of your energy centers forward, because you trust yourself to be safe in the infinate power that is all of us. Neverending and always changing.

When this communication is blocked you feel victimized by the world. You feel disconnected from yourself as it relates to the rest of the world, you feel isolated, lost and sometimes completely depressed.  When I read for people and this communication is blocked (which it often is one of the most blocked spaces) the person generally lacks enthusiasm to keep going. They don't know which direction to head and sometimes they are downright afraid to try.

You might feel like you don't belong here, that you are a stranger on this planet. You may have a "get them, before they get you" attitude. You might feel competition and insecurity around people who seem "better" than you. Bottom line is, you feel threatened by how separate you feel from the rest of the world.

Insightful Inspriation of the week

Notice where you are blocking yourself to the wisdom that is yours to have with the divine guidance of all that you are part of. Do you feel competitive and protective of your ideas? Do you feel like you have to get ahead before someone else does or there won't be room for both of you? Rest in the knowing that when we are in alignment with giving our gifts to the world, it is our unique gift to give and no one else has this to offer. They may do it similar to you, but it isn't the same, and those that need your gift will receive it and you will receive you rewards for sharing that gift. There is plenty to go around of what we all want, because none of us want exactly the same thing.  This week, share your self authentically and openly, without fear that someone will take advantage of it, or abuse it. Give without expecation of receiving and allow things to unfold as they will.

Do you feel alone and as if no one understands you? No one does understand you completely. No one sees the world though your eyes. Your perception is made up of a complex matrix of your personality, experiences, concepts of the world and soul purpose. You are not meant to be understood fully, as you are unique and divine in your difference. Embrace the safety of knowing no one knows anyone on this dimension completely. No one is understood fully, yet there is nothing to understand. Let go of the need to convince others that your perception is accurate. It is... and so is everyone else's no matter how different it is from yours.

This weeek, just feel safe to be who you are and have peace in knowing who you are as one individual and one as a collective.

As always, I encourage you to comment and discuss!

May your foundation be based in authenticity and peace.
